Job Title: PHP Developer Intern
Reports to: Engineering Manager, Epicom
Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week

Summary
Epicom is hiring a PHP developer intern for Summer 2012. The ideal candidate will have some experience developing in PHP and interfacing with MySQL, is a self-starter, and is motivated to contribute to the success of the company.

The intern will be responsible for developing customizations to our internal SugarCRM instance that is used by the staff.  The intern will be trained on how to develop upgrade safe customizations to SugarCRM.  SugarCRM is the fastest growing CRM company with year over year growth of 118%.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create the framework for us to better catalog all of the types of projects and customizations we’ve done for clients in the past that describe the item and links to our wiki where we’ll store the code and further details.  This will be accomplished by creating custom modules and the proper relationships to other modules.
• System to automate the process of tracking time remaining on support agreements
• Improve the integration between SugarCRM and Pardot, specifically maintain segmentation lists between the two systems automatically.

Required Skills:

• Must have some experience with PHP
• Some experience with MySQL
