Integration Between HubSpot And SugarCRM Becomes A Frequent Project For Epicom’s Software Engineers
Epicom’s engineers have completed Hubspot integrations for our clients, giving users transparency to the marketing software through their CRM system. HubSpot is a inbound marketing software that allows you to convert more leads to opportunities.
The HubSpot software provides website analytics to track the pageviews and form submissions of visitors. It also acts as a marketing automation software with a nurturing program for leads. The HubSpot UI allows users to easily create landing pages and forms without needing any kind of code background. Additionally, users can create campaigns and nurture leads in HubSpot.
Using Hubspot’s API, Epicom’ s engineers were easily able to pull-in information and form field data into SugarCRM. Epicom’s customization piece for some clients included creating custom fields in Sugar to sync with custom fields created in a HubSpot form. When a web form is completed, a lead is created in Sugar with its associated form data. For existing leads, the information in Sugar is updated using email comparison. Epicom’s engineers also have the ability to sync form submissions with other modules and isn’t limited to the leads module.

| The HubSpot API recently developed the ability to complete the loop, which enables information to be pushed in both directions. For example, when a lead in Sugar is converted to an opportunity, that information is pushed back to HubSpot. This integration piece allows our customers to know which forms, pages, or campaigns converted more leads into opportunities.
