Google Maps Integration Routes Directions between Addresses in SugarCRM

Google MapEpicom’s advanced Google Maps integration plots directions to Accounts from any specified location. It also displays any Leads or Contacts in a certain radius of the route. Detailed data from a Lead record is shown when hovering over that Lead’s plotted point on the map.

Conference CallsNever be late to a conference call again. Instead of just logging a call in Sugar, you can now schedule a conference call to automatically dial and bridge the attendees together. The conference will call you instead of you dialing into a bridge number.

Epicom has added advanced filters to Sugar’s select menu. For example, when selecting a project, users can narrow down the results based on the Account, instead of filtering through every project in the CRM system.
