Epicom’s Universal Click-To-Call application provides a way to easily and automatically dial phone numbers from within SugarCRM. The application uses the Twilio voice network to complete calls. Every phone number stored in the CRM system becomes a clickable link. Clicking a phone number automatically dials that number.

The application is a loadable module, which means that it can easily be downloaded from the Epicom website or from SugarExchange and then loaded into any compatible version of SugarCRM.

Anyone wanting to use the application must sign-up for an account with Amazon Flexible Payment Services. The application automatically takes you through the sign-up process if you do not already have an account.

Users are charged a per-minute fee for use of the application.
