- Email Epicom Customer Support: All inbound emails to firstname.lastname@example.org are queued, measured in severity, assigned a case, and tracked through completion. All Epicom customers who purchase a support package or have our 24/7 Support plan receive higher priority.
- SugarCRM Support for Licensed Users: With each subscription, SugarCRM includes free comprehensive support. Sugar support can help you with any native application functions available to users or administrators. Support is provided for all current Sugar versions and platforms.
Sugar’s support covers not only your Sugar subscription but other SugarCRM-provided software and applications including: Sugar Plug-ins for Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Sugar Plug-ins for Lotus Notes, and Sugar Mobile application for Android and iPhone, and Sugar Mobile Plus application for iPhone, iPad, and BlackBerry.Note: SugarCRM’s standard application support does not include code-level customizations. Epicom’s support packages do cover code-level customizations.
